SAF is administered by a community based Board made up of voluntary professionals who have some knowledge and interest in issues surrounding substitute care.

Kylie is a corporate lawyer with 15 years’ experience.  She has worked for top tier law firms in Sydney, Perth and New Zealand, specialising in mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance.  Previously Kylie was a director and company secretary of Youth Challenge Australia, an international development NFP. She does a lot of work with start-up companies, including not for profits seeking to incorporate social enterprise into their business models.


Rosanna is a business leader and marketing executive in the fashion industry, with 20+ years international experience working for global icon brands. She is passionate about causes that improve the lives of and empower children and women. In 2001 she established the Corporate Social Responsibility platform and founded the Ideas of Beauty Fund, raising and disbursing over $100,000 in its first year. Rosanna and her husband have 3 year old twin sons.




Stan is an experienced IT and risk management executive that has worked for corporations and financial institutions with over 20 years’ experience. Stan brings strong risk management and compliance experience. Stan has been on the SAF management committee since 2010 and 2013-14 is his first year as Chairperson.


Glenn has worked in the local government and community sector for over 20 years. He has experience on many boards and government appointed reference groups including the Social Impact Advisory Committee for the 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the executive of the NSW Disability Council.

He has a strong interest in inclusive community planning and is a passionate advocate for human rights. Glenn believes that everyone can achieve their goals and realize their potential with the right supports, understanding and focus in place.

As part of the SAF management committee for the last 8 years Glenn is proud of the many achievements made and the agency’s continued ability to provide high quality innovative approaches to the care of young people.


Trang is a people-focused executive. A background in IT marketing and communications of more than 15 years has been built around her dynamic personal style and her deep commitment to building long-lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders and teams. Trang is also actively involved in the not-for-profit sector, and is passionate about contributing to community services that support women and children. To this commitment she brings her understanding of service delivery, client care and best practice methodologies. A dedicated worker, committed to delivering results for her organisations and always looking for innovative ways to meet her goals with professionalism.
